COP28 Resources

The 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is taking place in Dubai, UAE, from November 29 to December 12, 2023. These international climate negotiations are critical as the world's nations seek to fulfill their Paris Agreement commitment to keep global warming significantly below 2 degrees Celsius.
