Richard is a former EESI senior policy fellow who joined EESI after completing a federal government career in telecommunications regulation at the Federal Communications Commission, and working for the Congressional Research Service as a technology policy analyst in information technology issues. Richard has had a longstanding interest in environmental and energy related issues, and is now looking to encourage the adoption of sustainable energy sources and efficient systems. He has a BS in physics from the University of Connecticut and an MA in public policy from George Washington University.
