There was a lull in Congressional activity from December 27 to 31 as Congress was out of session. However, two bills, H.R.6351 and H.R.6348, relating to climate change were introduced in the House. H.R.6351 aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through a national renewable energy standard and creating energy efficiency targets for retail  renewable energy and energy efficiency, and H.R.6348 would require the Department of Defense to report on the national security implications of climate change.
