Comment Period Extended for Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Services Agency (FSA) has extended the comment period for the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP). The Notice of Availability (NOA) was published in the Federal Register on June 25, 2010. All interested parties will have 50 days from publication in the Federal Register , or until August 16, 2010, to review the document and submit comments.
