Become an EESI Associate

The Associates Program is an opportunity for individuals and organizations to invest in EESI efforts. Your tax-deductible gift will provide vital support for EESI’s successful efforts in engaging diverse interest groups and policy makers to create more informed and balanced debate. As an EESI Associate, you will receive for one-year the following benefits:

• Invitation to EESI Associates Program forums with prominent speakers on timely topics.
• Personal invitations to all EESI briefings and other events with policy, science and technology experts, including Members of Congress, senior Congressional staffers and/or senior government officials.
• EESI fact sheets, briefing summaries, and other publications.
• Acknowledgement of your contribution in EESI’s annual report and on EESI’s web page.
• An opportunity to provide your suggestions for future EESI briefings.
• The satisfaction that you are helping EESI work for a cleaner, safer and healthier future for all of us.

Click the Donate Now button to become an Associate.  We suggest individuals and/or organizations donate $5,000 or more. The minimum level of giving for the Associates Program is $1,000. Your tax-deductible contribution will provide much needed general support.  You can also download and fax or mail- in our donation form.

Make an Honorary or Memorial Gift

You can honor a friend or a loved one with a donation to EESI. An honorary gift is a wonderful way to commemorate a special occasion such as a graduation, birthday, new job, wedding, anniversary, retirement, or other holiday. It is the gift that says you know they care about building a cleaner, healthier and safer planet. A memorial gift is a caring way to remember a friend or loved one who has passed away. EESI will acknowledge your gift and send a special thank you to the honoree or their family, notifying them of your gift. You can use this donation form to make your gift or use the Donate Now button, which includes the option of designating your gift.

Organize a fund raiser for EESI

Getting married? You can support EESI by registering with the I DO Foundation, allowing guests to make wedding related donations in lieu of gifts. Go to www.IDoFoundation.org. Several supporters have designed ways to direct donations to EESI.  Several people asked friends and family to make holiday or birthday gifts to EESI as a present.  Others have organized events with EESI as the beneficiary. A resource you may find useful is Firstgiving.com to help you design a webpage to raise money online quickly and easily.

Sometimes it is easier to give a smaller regular contribution than a lump sum gift.  It is a simple way of making a larger annual donation.  Just think - only $20 per month would mean an annual contribution to EESI of $240!  It is tax-deductible and easy for you.  Our Donate Now button offers this option or you can send us this form letting us know how much you want to give on a monthly basis along with your credit card information  

By selecting "I want to make a recurring donation" you will be registering to make a credit card donation every month. After you complete an initial donation, future donations will be made automatically. For example, if you choose to make a recurring monthly donation of $10.00, your next donation of $10.00 will be automatically charged to your account one month from today.

You will receive an email receipt for each recurring donation.  Of course, you can change your donation options (amount, frequency, billing information) at any time or cancel your recurring donation at any point in the future by sending an email  to Ruth Lampi requesting the change.

Tell a Friend about EESI
